Must be able to work weekends and evenings. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front of House Deputy. This role requires someone who can take charge, effectively communicate with both customers and staff, and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise front of house staff during weekend and evening shifts - Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate accounting procedures, including locking up money at the end of the day
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house area
- Assist with training new staff members and conducting performance evaluations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
