Our client who has been established for 50 + years is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join their office based in Yate.

**Description**

**General duties would include, but are not limited to**:

- Raising purchase orders and issuing to suppliers.
- Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
- Tracking orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Administer receipt of goods including international shipments.
- Updating company scheduling resource tools.
- Provide admin support to the planning department.
- Maintain purchasing records in line with company and industry needs.
- Working as part of a small team, reporting to the Purchasing Manager.
