**Customer Service Agent**

**Location**:
Stockport / Hybrid(*)
*must be able to come to Head Office, as and when required.

**The role**:
We are looking to recruit 5 Customer Service.

Reporting to our Team Manager you will be responsible for delivering a world class customer service experience from start to finish.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing within set target boundaries.
- Use of local CRM to update order information accurately.
- Liaising with Finance/Technical support team to resolve queries.
- Managing Customer expectations to provide an excellent customer experience.
- Providing general admin support to supervisors and manager.

**Person Profile**:

- Effective time management and attendance
- Microsoft Office skills - notably Outlook and understanding of Excel
- High attention to detail - excellent spelling and use of grammar
- Experience with Live Chat and Social Media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Patient with good sense of humour
- Effective team player
- Flexible in approach and with working hours/shifts
- Previous contact centre customer service experience would be an advantage
