Reporting to our Aberdeen General Manager, the role will also have responsibility for the day-to-day operations within the department ensuring agreed timescales are achieved to deliver an excellent customer service experience.

Key qualities required to perform the role include active listening skills, effective communication, and the ability in assigning suitable Field Engineers for each assignment, ensuring all required paperwork is passed to the engineer and fully managing each assignment until completion, as you will be progressing a high volume of inspections, you will need to be skilled at multitasking, prioritising your workload and demonstrating very good time management skills.

Key Duties: - Accountable for the day-to
- day operations within the Department in accordance with Vendor Surveillance Services Operations Control procedure and the Vendor Inspection process.
- Responsible for the performance of the allocated client, i.e. inspector selection, timely reporting from inspector and onto the client with complete accuracy, invoice submittal on time, and timely payment.
- Sales, Intercompany and Purchase Invoices need to be reviewed regularly.
- Ensure that the database is continually updated with all required information regarding Clients, Vendors, Inspectors’ details, Reporting Schedule etc. are in accordance with Guidelines.
- Support and stand in for the Operations Manager during his absence from the office or whenever called upon to do so.
- Support Operations Coordinators with their knowledge and experience gained.
- Compose a Monthly Operations and Business Development Report from your own portfolio of clients.

**Qualifications and Experiences**:

- Proven experience within an engineering inspection and quality insurance environment. This period may be in an administrative or trainee Operations role.
- Training in the appreciation inspection techniques and the management of quality systems.
- Knowledgeable of relevant codes of practice in the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Microsoft Office and web-based packages.

**Desirable**:

- General understanding of ISO 17020 UKAS accreditation process
