**About Our Client**:
The client is based in the heart of London and is looking for a Contact Centre Agent to join their expanding team. The company is expanding and looking to grow their team in order to manage their needs for Customer Service
The responsibilities of a Contact Centre Agent include:
- Dealing with a number of inbound calls
- Recording all information and data accurately
- Actively listen and provide solutions to customers
- Meet targets and quality standards
- Build sustainable relationships with customers
**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Contact Centre Agent should have:
- Previous experience in Customer Service roles
- Experience in a Call Centre environment is desirable but not crucial
- Access to commute around London
- Great communication skills
- High levels of motivation and enthusiasm
- A team player, with ability to use initiative
