Hses Administrator

**Summary**
We are currently looking to recruit a **HSES Administrator **to support our site HSES Team. To ensure the efficient and effective running of any administrative work associated with the HSES department, under the guidance of the HSES Manager. To work with the Health, Safety & Environmental department to ensure that all documents, reports & filing are completed in a timely manner.
**Main duties include (but not limited to)**:
- Assist with capturing and controlling of the sites risk assessment program.
- Manage the Clarity hearing protection program and ensure appointments are set.
- Set up and control the sites SLT & Section Managers inspections and ensure they are completed and set to the respective department. Keep records of all key findings / Non-conformances.
- Input energy, waste & production data onto the main environmental spreadsheets.
- Collate Department H & S non-compliance reports and update the main spreadsheets.
- Assist with managing and updating the teams HS & ES sharepoint.
- Review and record CCTV footage for required incidents in line with the Group Procedure.
- Update the teams HSES Dashboard.
- Follow up injury investigation on QOUR and the correct allocation of investigators, ensure the paperwork such as statements, photos, risk assessments, training documents, Inductions & investigations are complete and root causes analysis has been completed.
- Update our section H&S statistics and assist with trend analysis.
**Requirements, experience and person specification**:
- Excellent attention to detail demonstrated through data accuracy.
- Good understanding of basic HSES standards.
- IT literate.
- Environmental and waste management knowledge would be beneficial.
- Confident in explaining HSES requirements to others - both verbally and in written communication.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
