**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business partnering with stakeholders across the organisation
- Delivering financial and operational targets through planning, monitoring, and forecasting
- Supporting strategic transformation programmes and initiatives
- Play a key part in our current cost and cash saving programme
- Identifying risks and opportunities to drive continuous improvement
- Providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.

**Location**: This role is based in Nuneaton on a hybrid basis, with 2 days per week required in the office.

**The Person**:
**Key Requirements**:

- Qualified accountant or qualified by experience
- Advanced Excel skills for complex data manipulation and modelling
- Experience of business partnering with a broad range of non finance partners
- Experience in delivering financial and operational targets
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred
- Strong financial acumen and analytical capability
- Proficiency in investment appraisals and business case preparation
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
