To be a key point of contact with members, prospects and the meetings industry. Supporting members, promoting member benefits and developing relationships that ensure retention and members growth.

Keeping the membership platforms updated and continuously cleansing and growing the database in line with GDPR compliance.

Chasing unpaid invoices relating to membership & events and processing resignations. Promoting products to members, attending trade shows and a number of events, in support of the wider team, and delivering on all other membership related duties as required.

THE SALARY IS PRO RATA.

**Required Knowledge Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience of working within an office environment
- Strong administration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically excel, word, PowerPoint.
- Confident in IT systems and processes.
- Knowledge of the meetings and events industry.
- Experience in developing relationships.
- Excellent time manager and self-motivator.
- Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of working to budgets and targets.
- Chasing outstanding debts.
- Telephone call handling.
- Experience in producing accurate reports.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
