Key Responsibilities of the Senior Executive Assistant

  • Act as the point of contact between Managing Director/Directors and internal/external clients
  • Management of Managing Director and Directors daily schedule
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics on behalf high level management and Directors
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documentation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by Managing Director and Directors
  • Manage office and administrative processes, including events and meetings
  • Assist Managing Director/Directors in personal administration
  • Handling of corporate documents, for example VAT documentation
  • Build strong relationships across function and with external stakeholders

Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role, supporting senior executives
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Professional and friendly demeanour
  • Understanding of project management
  • Flexibility in working hours and on occasions travel
  • Selfmotivated but able to work as a team player
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to speak other languages a benefit
  • Thrives in a fastpaced environment
  • Proven ability to run budgets in Sterling and Foreign currencies
  • Knowledge of HR procedures
  • Knowledge of Company law
  • High level of discretion and integrity
  • Full driving licence, willing to use own car for business and drive to fulfil work role as required
