**About The Role**

As a Senior Lettings Progressor, you will be a part of Scraye’s Referencing team, you’ll carry the responsibility of monitoring and managing the letting process from offer to move-in with extreme attention to detail and a proactive attitude to get things done sooner rather than later.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for processing numerous transactions on a daily basis and throughout each month, handling highly sensitive private documents with the utmost care, dealing directly with tenants, landlord and agents, and being able to multitask while prioritising to make sure deadlines are met.

Scraye is an ambitious and rapidly growing startup and, as such, the hours will be more demanding than the standard in the property industry.

**What You’ll Do**

The primary responsibilities are:

- Guiding tenants through the offer and referencing process
- Obtaining financial documents from tenants
- Invoicing with absolute accuracy
- Performing right to rent checks
- Understanding financial requirements and credit reports
- Making sure deadlines are met and communication is constant
- Handling rent schedules and deposits
- Issuing contracts and filing them in an appropriate and organised manner

**About You**

You
- Have strong administration and organisational skills
- Have experience in a client-facing and financial role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Are detail orientated and methodical
- Are able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Are proactive, high-paced and good with numbers
- Are highly organised and self-disciplined
- Enjoy fast-paced startup environments that change often and require an open-minded approach

**Experience**:

- At least 2 years experience in a lettings progressor or financial role
- Previous experience in administration is essential
- Previous experience with invoicing, contracts and document processing will be advantageous
