Civic Driver/attendant

We are looking for a flexible and professional civic attendant to join our civic office. Your main role will be to chauffeur, attend and escort members of the Civic Team to official engagements, ceremonial occasions, council meetings and carry other duties as required.
In addition you will act as Mace Bearer at official events and be responsible for Civic robes and regalia.

You will need to become familiar with civic practices, ceremonial procedure and protocol, and ensure that they are followed. We are looking for someone who is organised, well presented, a good timekeeper, calm under pressure, has an eye for detail and who can
work well as part of a small but important team.

You will need to hold a full clean driving licence and be available for duty out of hours, including weekends and bank holidays when called for.
