**Engage are leading the industry with a pioneering new, self-employed, role, combining skills to make a hybrid agent who will be trained as a Resolution Officer and/or Customer Welfare Agent. All training and support will be provided, free of charge, for long-term progression. This exciting role will give flexibility and variety with everyday being different.**

**Resolution Officer**: Visiting people, many who are vulnerable, and resolving utility arrears issues preventing their involvement of further collection activity.

**Customer Welfare Agents**: In line with our commitment to TCF, you will be visiting and helping vulnerable People on behalf of our Utility clients. These customers are in danger of Self-Disconnection or may have personal or financial vulnerabilities that affect their ability to pay their bills.

**Requirements for the Role**
- A full driving licence (not always required in central London areas)
- A ULEZ compliant vehicle (If working in the London ULEZ zone)
- A clean DBS
- A healthy credit history (we will consider adverse circumstances where arrangements have been entered to)
- Good organisation and time and route planning skills
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all customers and clients.
- To work effectively and professionally within the policies, procedures, aims objectives and philosophy of the company.
- Proactively work towards all targets set.
- Identify and appropriately deal with all disputes in line with procedure.
- Be receptive and open to coaching and feedback to enhance performance delivery.
