OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: Office Administrator
Specify location: Wembley, Middlesex
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
- Input customer orders from various channels into the computer-based order processing system.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to provide customers with accurate delivery information.
- Enter invoice amounts into customer procurement websites.
- Perform general office duties, including admin tasks, filing, scanning, and data input.
- Check bank payments against sales and purchase ledger and prepare cheques for banking.
- Field telephone calls for the management team
- Uphold professionalism and politeness in all office-based sales and administration duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Moderate computer skills with a willingness to undergo full training.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software and Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

WORKING HOURS:
- Preferred hours: 09:00 - 17:00 or 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday
Annual Bonus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: £14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
