**Office Administrator**
JAIC Limited is a busy joinery workshop on the Ilse of Portland. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
**Assist with administrative support functions for the Portland facility**
Maintain accurate records and complete appropriate paperwork
- Maintain a positive work environment by maintaining professional appearance and attitude, as well as providing a high level of service to employees and customers
- Ability to work independently on tasks assigned
- Able to problem solve and work with patience and tact in dealing with individuals of diverse personalities
- Must be detail oriented, thorough, reliable, and dependable
**Responsibilities**:
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all individuals, including customers, employees, and suppliers.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Assist Management with Administration and organisation
- Assist the finance department with administration therefore must be confident in using accounts programmes.
**Skills**:**Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant; experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.**
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & MS PowerPoint).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-42.5 per week
**Salary**: £10,836.80-£23,028.20 per year
