Estates Compliance Lead

1. Communicate and liaise directly with the QTS regarding site-related issues. Initiating and working jointly with others, including service users and providers, on services development issues.
2. Assist QTS in the negotiation, agreement and monitoring of all Service Level Agreements for the Trust, for example security, laundry, domestic, catering, works and supplies, ensuring they meet service needs. Attending key meetings along with QTS staff with external providers & contractors.
3. Responsible for building safety in respect of fire, being the Milton Keynes Responsible Person including: - Fire Risk Assessment Analysis the Estates actions will be carried out by QTS, but the Operational sections for each site need to be completed by the SSM
- Zone Maps these will need to maintained and updated when any changes to areas occur - Signage
- Site Responsible Person the role should assume SRP for all sites across Milton Keynes.
- Ensure compliance of NoF’s where CNWL are a minor occupant or there is no NoF available, monthly fire checks for occupied areas will need to be carried out
- Evacuation Posters to be updated as require

4. The following need to be arranged and performed annually in line with CNWL Policies, any issues should be raised with the MK Project Management team: - Fire Evacuations
- Annual Internal Audits
- Procedures & Protocols
- Table Top Exercises
- Evac Chair trainin

1. In liaison with the Service Manager, other local managers (attached to the other Service Lines), senior site team, various departments at Trust Headquarters (Facilities, Estates, IT, procurement, Finance etc.) provide strategic direction and be responsible for the management of all site related support services issues. This will include monitoring standards of service delivery.

2. To act as point of contact for staff in relation to the bullet pointed issues, which will then be passed onto Facilities Officer Soft FM /Help Desk at the relevant organisations
