Our client based on the outskirts of Edinburgh and is actively recruiting for a Hire Controller to work in their offices.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Be responsible for all incoming enquiries
To arrange all deliveries and collections as effectively and efficiently as possible
Manage all updates
Manage all free of charge replacements
Manage all vehicles on road
Carry out all job tasks effectively and efficiently as possible
Provide a first class service to all customers
To identify areas for improvement within the overall business
Establish close working relationships with the relevant members of the other divisions in the group.

Competences
To have good skills in negotiating and building relationships
To be able to work under pressure and be committed to meeting deadlines
To be self motivated and can manage multiple requirements and demands effectively

**Hours of work**: =
- Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1/2 lunch
2 days in weekends in a 4 week period Saturday 8am to 1pm and Sunday 9am to 1pm (degree of flexibility required for weekend to meet business and customer needs)
