**The Vacancy**
We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Finance team as a **Finance Business Partner on a 12-month FTC**, based on average 1 to 2 days a week at our Support Centre in Worksop and working remotely.
As our **Finance Business Partner, **you’ll be responsible for providing financial advice and analysis to our Support Centre departments, developing effective cross-functional working relationships to drive the financial, operational, and strategic direction of the relevant business function. You’ll ensure robust controls are in place to maintain integrity of commercial decisions and provide commercial insight to support business planning and forecasting.
Taking huge pride in what you do, your role will involve continuously developing controls along with processes to ensure these are in place to safeguard business assets.
Along with;
- Produce management information within the required timescales, including business review and board packs, KPIs, dashboards, trackers, and forecasts.
- Provide financial reporting and advice to aid strategic decision making and drive best allocation of resources.
- Review trends and challenge current performance, identifying risks and opportunities within the finance department and the wider business.
- Work collaboratively across all business functions to share and implement best practice and develop the financial understanding of team members at all levels.
- Perform analytical modelling to evaluate ROI proposals, critically reviewing and making appropriate recommendations to the business.
For this role we need someone who has at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role and is ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with strong commercial awareness, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; used to working in a fast-paced environment and working towards tight SLA’s. Someone with strong Excel and analytical skills with an ability to manipulate complex data sets quickly. With the ability to operate in a complex financial reporting environment and provide and lead with innovative financial solutions.
