Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Business Finance Partner. You will be responsible for providing best-in-class business partnering and support to our commercial teams, driving profitable growth and enhancing EBIT.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Product and Supply pillars of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process to ensure accurate financial evaluations of forecasts and budgets.
- Prepare and present financial data to key stakeholders to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to control margins throughout the New Product Development (NPD) Stage and Gate process.
- Provide full ownership of the financial element of commodity tracking, inflation recovery, and open book(s).
- A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in finance or a related field within retail, manufacturing, or FMCG.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
- A competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
