We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual for the role of Finance Graduate. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are looking to build a career in finance.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a varied position that will give great exposure to a wide range of accounting functions.

This position offers a variety of day-to-day tasks, but a significant part of the role will involve project work focusing on improving efficiencies within the finance team and across the wider business. If you’re look for a role where you can make your mark and really make a difference, this is it

There is the potential for study support after probation has been successfully completed.

**Day-to-Day Tasks / Responsibilities**:

- Managing the customer invoicing schedule
- Responding to queries in the finance inbox from customers, suppliers and internal operations teams
- Purchase ledger invoice uploads to SAP Concur
- Creation and maintenance of supplier account details in Sage
- Month end variance analysis and cost reviews
- Maintaining good relationships with EORI customers and internal stakeholders providing detailed information about outstanding queries, invoicing position and pricing
- Supporting with workflow through the Finance team and covering for team member absences
- Assisting with external audit

**Desired skills**:

- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Confident using new IT systems
- Highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude
- Works to a high standard with a good attention to detail
- Excellent time management, organisation and multi-tasking abilities
- Shows initiative with a willingness to adapt and embrace change
- Team player
- A 2:1 undergraduate degree or higher.
