Senior Business Resilience Partner

This position will lead, manage and support Business Resilience activity. This will include:

- implementation of policies, standards, process and procedures
- lead incident response planning and activity
- support client activity including bids and reporting
- manage resilience for key delivery locations across multiple countries
- manage a team of regional partners

This is a UK (Homeworking) permanent position. 37.5 hours per week.

**Job title**:
Senior Business Resilience Partner

**What you will do**:

- Design, implement and manage the Business Resilience programme across all of the CM division.
- Ensure business continuity and incident management capability meets the Group Business Continuity standard including plans, impact analysis, exercising and supplier assurance.
- Manage the delivery of exercises and invocations to validate that the business can effectively recover from an incident in-line with Recovery Time Objectives as per client contractual requirements
- Manage responses to Bids & Acquisitions as required
- Manage ISO22301 audits and associated activity to ensure continued certification (as per client contract)
- Manage divisional stakeholders including Business Units, client requirements, DRC representation and relevant divisional meetings e.g. Regulated RACC

**Your experience will include**:

- Experience of regulatory requirements
- Incident management response, leadership and planning
- Experience of operating BC management at a senior level.
- A knowledge of the key business functions (e.g. operations, sales, marketing, finance, corporate governance) and an understanding of the key BC risks and controls in these areas.
- Risk management knowledge and experience - knowledge of and experience with using fundamental risk management concepts and methodologies
- A detailed knowledge of the standards (ISO, BCI), tools and techniques of BC
- BC industry qualification preferred
- Strong ability to manage a diverse team (directly and indirectly) in multiple locations and jurisdictions with a proven track record of effective people management, including managing senior managers, operational and IT staff
