We are looking for an experienced teacher to work in the community on a 1:1 basis with students. You will be someone who is passionate about working with children who have special educational needs, most of the student you will be supporting have severe,moderate and complex needs.

The role will be providing tuition to children, usually on a short term basis when they are unable to access education in school setting.

The tuition will take place in the community (at home, in a local library or an identified suitable setting)

**As an SEN outreach Teacher you will have the following;
- The skills to develop the pupils to their full potential
- A strong track record of outstanding teaching
- Ability to assess pupils knowledge and understanding, scaffolding their next steps accurately
- High expectations of pupils and experience of raising achievement
- Understanding of the complexities of SEN pupils
