**Job Title:** SEN Teacher for Part-Time Temporary Role

**Location:** East of England, specifically in the North of Essex, covering Chelmsford and surrounding areas.

**Job Type:** Temporary position with part-time hours available.

**Salary:** £130 - £160 per day, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN teacher to join our team at Teaching Personnel. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Education or a relevant field, along with previous experience working with students who require Special Educational Needs (SEN) support.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
  • Work collaboratively with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) and other staff members to ensure student progress.
  • Manage challenging behaviour effectively, maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
  • Provide additional support and accommodations as needed to facilitate student success.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with students who require SEN support.
  • Strong understanding of SEN practices and strategies for effective management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
  • Patient and resilient approach when working with challenging behaviours.
