Here at XPO, we take our people seriously. We’re looking for a talented Site Supervisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis at our Kirkby Thore site (CA10 1XU).

Working 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday), regular working hours of 09:30-18:00 flexible to meet the demands of the operation.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Manage the Load Securing and Weighbridge team, implementing XPO policies and procedures
- Conduct site inspections and monitor working behaviours for employees and contractors
- Support with XPO & external audits
- Work with the customer to meet the demands of the operation
- Support the traffic office to execute the daily plan and cover annual leave

**What you need to succeed at XPO**:

- Experience managing a team and working to deadlines
- Experience working in a safety driven work place
- Preferably working knowledge of a Transport environment with tachograph and driver’s hours
- An international CPC would be beneficial
