An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to the Director of Estates & Facilities. The role will be based at Magnitude/Hybrid working.

As the Personal Assistant to the Director of Estates and Facilities you will be required to deliver executive support and administrative services to ensure the efficient and professional running of the Estates & Facilities Management (EFM) division.

The EFM division provides profession Estates and Facilities management services across the Trust’s portfolio of property and premises across Kent.

The role requires an experienced professional Personal Assistant with the ability to provide and coordinate a comprehensive, proactive, effective and efficient professional secretarial and administrative service to ensure the effective running of the duties and support the of the Director of Estates & Facilities on a daily basis and their deputies.

The role requires advanced communication skills, organisational skills, diary, meeting and time management, document and meeting preparation and management and initiative to provide high level support while maintaining strong links with the EFM team and clinical and non-clinical staff across the Trust and externally where required.
