**Company Overview**:
**Summary of Job Role**

The project leader will be responsible for the planning, execution and supervision of projects within a manufacturing environment to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives and project delivery within budget and on time. Duties will include planning, designing, executing and monitoring all aspects of specialist projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meeting with management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs.
- Developing project plans that detail work required and guide clients and staff involved in the project.
- Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery
- Compiling project reports that identify status and actions required

**Essential** **Criteria**
- Minimum 2yrs previous experience delivering projects in a manufacturing environment
- Experienced in initiating projects, planning, delegating, managing and risk mitigation

**Skills**
- Working knowledge of project management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
- Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work under pressure and make decisions to ensure the achievement of project objectives

**Desirable Criteria**

Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent in project management
