Salary range £19,650 - £22,129 plus Sleep-in shift payment of £65 per night which equates to £3,120 for 1 per week over 48 weeks.

We are looking for Care Team Members for our home in Kendal which has 5 beds for boys aged 6-12.

As a member of our Care Team you will be involved in the day to day care and support of our children.
- You will need sound communication skills, patience and resilience.
- Relevant Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work toward one).
- 1 year minimum of working with children and young people
- Successful applicants must to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure
- Be able to provide satisfactory references.
