Personal Care Assistant - Kendal

We are looking for a Personal Care Assistant to join our team in Kendal, Cumbria. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting people with learning disabilities in our Supported Living Houses.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide direct care and support to customers, enabling them to live independently and participate fully in their communities. You will also work closely with other members of the team to develop and implement personalized support plans.

Requirements
  • A positive attitude and commitment to improving the lives of people with learning disabilities
  • No prior experience necessary, but essential to share our values
Benefits
  • £23,088 per annum (pro rata) plus an excellent benefits package including 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) increasing with long service, DBS funded by Oaklea, and private health care scheme funded by Oaklea
