Job Role - Call Handler & Administrator
Location - Hertfordshire
Salary - £25,000 p/a
Must Hold Valid U.K Driving Licence & Car Owner
I am currently supporting a government funded organisation in Hertfordshire with their recruitment for a Call Handler & Administrator to start off on a temporary basis before transitioning into a full-time permanent position. This is a new and exciting role,and you will be responsible with handling the calls coming in from clients, customers and operators. Managing the inbound calls and making the relevant outbound calls effectively. There will be an element of administration duties between calls and full trainingwill be provided. They are offering a competitive annual salary range of £25,000. Rising after probation once gone permanent.

- The ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written and multitask
- Sound experience of working towards targets and service standards
- The ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated
