Southern Logistics Ltd - The Yellow Van Company currently looking for a full-time Office assistant - Call / Booking Operator. You don't need to have any industry experience; our interest lies more in your “people skills" and “go-getter” attitude.
The Role:
You must:
- Have a motivated, positive and "can do" attitude
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to work in a team and support other staff, whilst managing your own workload
- Be proactive and use your initiative for the completion of all tasks during the day and week ahead. Use your time effectively and efficiently
- Excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills
- Be able to work under pressure and be effective and efficient with the tasks ahead
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping
- Be able to take ownership of your position and fully understand the importance of it within the organisation
- Ability to work without supervision upon completion of initial training
- Computer literate. Previous experience using Excel, Word and CRM tools.
What we offer you:
£10.50 Per Hour
£23,750.00 Per Year

Shifts from 9am-5.30pm or on weekends 10am-4pm. You will be required to work two Saturdays per month.
