The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the operational business relationship with one or more clients by managing the agreed contractual service deliverables and assessing, analysing, developing, documenting and implementing changes based on requestsfor change using teams made up of both internal and external resources as a required.

Over the duration of this assignment both a service extension to contract and a service exit from contract are to be managed and delivered.

Your role will include:

- Being the day-to-day point of contact for two key customers
- Working directly with internal and external technical delivery teams
- Working with appropriate internal stakeholders and customers to identify and coordinate new IT developments
- Assigning, scheduling, reviewing, improving, monitoring and reporting on work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines
- Manging customer invoicing cycles

**About You**

To be successful as the Service Delivery Manager, you will have a proven background in project management, business process analysis and delivery through matrix team management. You will be someone with strong organisational and presentation skills and haveexceptional service management experience.

Importantly, you will be naturally inquisitive with a keen desire to understand the benefits, business processes and technologies relating to the services that you are charged with managing.

You will also have/be:

- Ability to manage and maintain effective communication with team and peers
- A strong communicator and ability to liaise with both the lead customers and suppliers
- Be accountable for the quality of the delivery from both Project/Programme teams
- Be approachable and able to provide mentoring and coaching to your peers
- Be proficient with project and delivery management tools such as JIRA, MS Project etc.
