We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

We believe in creating a warm and inclusive environment where our young service user can thrive, and we're seeking a care team who shares our vision. **Meet our service user**

Our service user is a delightful young boy in his early teens who lives with his family in Luton. He requires specialised care and companionship on a 1:1 basis throughout the night to support his complex care needs.

He is a bright, independent young man with a zest for life and thrives on independence and self-expression. He enjoys exploring new adventures, and new interests.

He is a big fan of football, Aston Villa and Nottingham County are his favourite teams He enjoys playing the Xbox, watching YouTube and interacting with those around him.

Throughout the night he generally sleeps well, you will make clinical observations and attend to his clinical care needs when required providing a calming environment to promote a restful night’s sleep.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following**:

- 3 months care experience
- Personal Care
- Medication Administration
- Moving and Handling

**Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role**:

- Ventilation Management
- Tracheostomy care

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Part time Nights 2 shifts per week
- 9:30pm - 6:30am
- Sundays are essential for this position

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weeknights: £14.00 per hour (£126.00 approx. per 9-hour shift)

Weekends: £14.50 per hour (£130.50 approx. per 9-hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (£135 approx. per 9-hour shift)
