Office Administrator

As part of the evolution of the Group’s finance function, the business is looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to support the Finance team at European Braking Systems Ltd.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Accounts payable for multiple entities:
- Posting stock invoices and matching to GRNs
- Posting non-stock invoices and matching to Purchase Order
- Supplier payments
- Cash book reconciliation
- Reconciling intercompany balances
- Managing GRNI accrual and open returns
- Processing employee expenses and credit cards
**Key attributes**:
- Attention to detail
- Basic Excel
- Tenacious and strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Autopart would be advantageous, although full training will be provided
- Strong problem solver and able to work independently and manage a task to completion
