Finance and Systems Administrator

Our well-established client based in Moreton-in-Marsh are currently recruiting for a Service Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis, due to expansion within the team.

**Responsibilities;**
- Complete (sign off/close) jobs within the systems
- Set up client accounts on the CRM system
- Complete client/supplier forms, send relevant H&S information and insurance certificates
- Liaise with clients and ensure Purchase Orders are received
- Ensure accuracy of client details.
- Raising invoices
- Maintain a pipeline schedule for planned and prospective contracts
- Maintain information in relation to Key performance Indicators (KPIs) and produce reports
- Manage and maintain accreditations to industry bodies
**-**Previous administration experience
- Accounts/Finance experience essential
- Strong organisational skills
- Database & IT skills and accurate data input
- Good telephone manner
- Good record keeping
**Hours**:
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible working options can be discussed and agreed with the line manager including flexible start and finish times and the potential to work up to 2 days from home per week if you wish)
**Salary-** £20,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience + excellent benefits package which includes enhanced holiday allowance, onsite gym facilities, free parking, optional private health insurance as well as enhanced pension scheme& career development opportunities)
