Our well-established client based in Moreton-in-Marsh are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their team on a full-time permanent basis, due to expansion within the team.
Full training on systems will be provided.
**Responsibilities**:
- Picking up booking forms and purchase orders and processing all information on the database
- Ensuring all data entry is correct
- Raise invoices with relevant purchase orders or processing card payments
- Preparing job sheets for each course in a timely manner
- Ensuring job sheets are up to date and accurate by liaising with the Curriculum Specialist as required
- Upskilling as upgrades & changes become available and sharing with the team.
- Liaising with delegates, employers, suppliers, and venues.
- Assisting the other member of the team and Training & Membership Operations Manager when necessary
- To play an active role in Operation Team meetings to ensure that all activities required are in place and any gaps are picked up and actioned
- Ad-hoc administration duties as required
**-**Previous administration experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Database & IT skills and accurate data input
- Good customer service skills and telephone manner
- Competent with the use of Microsoft Office suite of programmes
**Hours**:
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm / 9am-5pm
**Salary-** Up to £23,000 per annum, depending on experience + excellent benefits package which includes enhanced holiday allowance, onsite gym facilities, free parking, optional private health insurance as well as enhanced pension scheme &career development opportunities).
