**Key Accounts Administrator (Handling Customer's Accounts)**

**Full time, permanent position**

**Hours of work - Monday to Friday: 08.30 to 17.00 with an hour for lunch**

**Salary - Up to £23,000 per annum**

A globally successful, forward thinking Entrance Systems company are looking for a Key Accounts Administrator to join their growing, friendly team based in Washington. If you have previous experience completing any of the responsibilities listed below, this will be the perfect role for you

Key responsibilities:

- Liaise closely, and work together with other service departments, to book in service/maintenance visits for customers
- Ensuring customer KPIs are met
- Invoicing and preparing reports on request
- Ensure Service Contracts are renewed and activated accordingly, using the CRM system
- Great customer service skills
- Previous experience within an administrative role is required
- Organisation skills and good attention to detail is a must
