**Ideal experience**:

- 3 or more years track record in a high-performance managed services environment.
- Proven track record of working with customers and sales colleagues to deliver optimum results.
- The ability to drive new initiatives, forecast and performance management are key to this role.
- UK territory based.

**About the Team**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be responsible for day-to-day sales and service performance of a network of franchised IT MSPs within an appointed geography.
- Work with senior management regarding forecasting, constant improvement and partner relationships.
- Oversee and administer ongoing targets, reporting, financial and other requirements to maintain a high-level quality of service to the end-customers.
- To help manage Franchisee training and accreditation to improve employee and customer experience.
- Work with the product teams to constantly develop skills and capability.
- Share that knowledge and skills to supplement their knowledge.
- Report on performance metrics on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
- Ownership of regional CRM reporting and funnel management.
