The role of **Franchise Support and System Advisor** has a wide and varied remit:
**Main Duties**:

- Collecting, collating, and analysing financial information, performance data and various legal and financial compliance information relevant to business owners. Ensure the data is accurate and enter data into the required and relevant systems.
- Preparing ad hoc reports as required for the role.
- Liaising and attending meetings with colleagues across franchise support, compliance, operations, legal, audit and L & D with a focus on process delivery improvements and effective data analysis and reporting.
- Prepare detailed reports and conduct routine activities supporting franchise sales and ensuring timely communication with prospective franchise partners.
- Support the Franchise Development Director, Quality & Compliance Manager and other colleagues within the team with the completion of improvement and innovation projects. Some projects you will complete autonomously and others you will be part of the wider team.
- Plan and attend calls and virtual meetings delivering positive outcomes with our franchise partners centred on following the GreenThumb system and driving growth.
- Attend field visits and carry out meetings independently ensuring franchise partners follow the GreenThumb system and continually implement tactics to drive growth through their local franchise operation.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Support key franchise events such as annual conference, monthly virtual meetings and weekly communication round ups sharing best practice and good news from our UK wide branches.

The role supports internal colleagues and our franchise partners to ensure that we continue to expand the GreenThumb franchise network and support existing franchise owners in using the GreenThumb system. The GreenThumb system is defined in the Franchise Agreement and Operating Manual and supported via training materials delivered on our e-learning platform.

The **Franchise Support and Systems Advisor** will use Greenthumb systems and procedures to collate and analyse key data points across the franchise network, ensuring colleagues receive data in a format which helps them take proactive action in ensuring the franchise network is fully compliant with brand standards and thriving. The ability to analyse data and input large data sets whilst paying attention to detail and accuracy is a critical element of this role.
