Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the hospitality, retail, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers in the field
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair EPOS and IT systems
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) tasks for EPOS and IT devices
  • Install and configure network hardware and software
  • Provide on-site support services for EPOS, IT, and network/comms infrastructure, hardware, and software
  • Complete timely and accurate paperwork
  • Cable infrastructure (Cat5, Cat6, Wireless, etc.)
  • Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Full driver's license and ability to spend extensive periods on the road
  • Full 5-year DBS checkable history
  • Ability to use standard Microsoft Windows and Office products
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility, reliability, tolerance, and energy
