**About The Role**:

To support the AAH business and assist the HSE function in the development, delivery and post implementation reviews of HS&E projects, initiatives, tools and systems. To support HSE system auditing programmes, in order to identify risk, continuous improvement and aid the formation and implementation of improvement plans.

Accountabilities:

- Work with the Senior HSE Manager and other internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver HSE project plans.
- Conduct post implementation reviews to confirm the effectiveness of the implementation and identify after care support.
- Monitor sites adherence to health, safety and environment management systems, policies and arrangements through agreed auditing programmes.
- Drive business standardisation and collective learning, enabling the sharing of best practice and continuous improvement across the AAH network.
- Support the use of proactive tools to enable early risk intervention and risk

**About You**:
Essential
- Experience in project delivery and in a HSE role in warehousing and logistics and or chemical storage environment.
- Practical experience of implementing and monitoring standardised health, safety or environmental management systems (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001)
- Experience in auditing HSE systems.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment, whilst contributing to the function of the HSE team.
- Professional health, safety and environmental qualifications (NEBOSH Certificate/IEMA Certificate).
- Member of a relevant professional body (IOSH/IEMA).

Desirable
- New site start up experience in a warehousing and transport environment
- Experience in a Good Distribution Practice environment.
