We're on the lookout for a friendly and enthusiastic Business Assistant to join our amazing team. As a Business Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in keeping things running smoothly. You'll help with health and safety, support our People Experience Leader, and assist the Operation Manager with day-to-day tasks. **Responsibilities**:

- Health & Safety Assistance:

- Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
- Conduct regular checks and inspections to identify potential hazards or risks and take appropriate measures to address them.
- People Experience and Team Support:

- Collaborate with our People Experience Leader to enhance the overall employee experience and foster a positive work environment.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Operational Support:

- Provide administrative support to our Operation Manager, helping to streamline day-to-day operations.
- Communicate effectively with the wider team, relaying important information, updates, and announcements.
- Conduct regular check-ins with location managers to address any concerns, provide guidance, and ensure operational excellence.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Step in during emergencies, such as shop closures or covering breaks, to maintain uninterrupted operations and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee general inquiries from customers, partners, and employees, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide basic troubleshooting assistance for platform-related issues and offer guidance to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous hospitality experience is preferred, bringing a solid understanding of customer service principles and operational requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive support.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in basic troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- A warm, welcoming, and enthusiastic approach to work.
