We have an exciting new vacancy for a Service Admin/Planner at our Conon Bridge branch.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Liaising with customers to plan and arrange PDI’s, services & MOT’s
- Booking in vehicles to the workshop and mobile service vans.
- Obtaining order numbers from customers/lease companies when required.
- Explaining the repair process as required.
- Selling additional products and services when required.
- Ensuring that service paperwork is complete and accurate.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of duties or skills required for the position. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the organisation.
- Skills_
- Previous motor trade experience in a Service Advisor/planner (or similar) role would be an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
