**The Opportunity**:
The role is a data-driven role that requires commercial acumen and a deep understanding of customers, the competitive market and an ability to analyse performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leading and managing a team of Account Managers
- Building a data driven team which always challenge the status quo and gather data insight to constantly improve the customer journey
- Driving culture of excellence by raising the bar to not only meet customers needs but also delight and surprise them
- Working collaboratively across teams - including, Pricing, Product and Marketing
- Monitoring and reporting KPIs along the customer's journey
- Analysing patterns in customers and market behaviour and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies to optimise the business’s commercial performance
- Presenting and communicating effectively to the leadership
- Establishing the inbound and outbound lead requirements needed to meet our objectives
- Support the team in fostering relationships with our most loyal customers, and cementing brand trust
- Managing the customer/conversion pipeline at every stage of development
- Building new processes and procedure to enhance the customer journey
- Evangelising and helping close high value customers - individuals and companies
- Owning all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s goals
- Organising the team and helping prioritise workloads
- Collaborating and leading projects driving results
- Commercial acumen to enhance existing business and new one
- Strategic focus to impact on the business needs and growth
- Deep diving into quantitative and qualitative data in order to provide insight

**Person Specification**:
Ideally, we are looking for an experienced, data-driven Account Management / Business Development leader - with a proven track record of running a high performing team, establishing proactive business development strategies, setting and achieving key KPI’s and seeing ‘new leads’ through to conversion for the business - with a commercial focus.

Essential Criteria:

- Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Strong leadership to manage a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong communications skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- An ability to empower and motivate your team
- Strategic focus and planning abilities on strategic initiatives
- Delivering results having customers at the core of business decisions
- Having soft skills such as empathy, perseverance, passion and resourcefulness
- Ability to build strong relationships across departments and influence them
- Desirable Criteria:_

- A keen interest in photography and videography
