**Job overview**:
This is a friendly and active environment, where you will work alongside the existing administrative team to support the range of inpatient services, that the department hosts. There is a proactive and innovative approach to continuous professional development, evidence-based practice, and service development, which the administrative team are an essential part of. Applications from those wanting part time hours and flexible working are encouraged. Remote working is not routinely available due to the services being site-based.

**Main duties of the job**:

- Provide an efficient and effective range of clerical and administrative services to support the activities of the AHP department
- Support the clerical staff in the in-patient setting, booking and scheduling appointments, using a range of communication skills.
- Work flexibly with the admin team to cover all aspects of the AHP admin service.
- Contribute to team meetings providing feedback, to support service development

- Minute taking
