**We are now recruiting for a Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team.**

As a Presales Solutions Architect, you will be providing technical expertise and Technology Solutions, scoping and design to clients and prospects during the sales process, with a focus on Cloud Architecture, Hybrid Cloud, Security and Modern Workspace solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with clients and prospects to gather their technology and business requirements to design and plan architectural solutions across Cloud, Security and Modern workspace that meet their needs and goals.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during the sales process
- Engage in solution design workshops, IT portfolio transformation plans, deployment guidance producing quality technical proposals, High-Level Design and presentations
- Provide quality technical responses to RFP/FRI working with the commercial team to maximise wins
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure solutions are feasible, are aligned to the business technology Standards and can be delivered on time and within budget
- Provide quality handover of Client Solutions to the Solution Delivery teams while acting as an escalation point during the solution implementation.
- Attend regular consultancy engagement meetings with Clients contributing to their technology strategy road-mapping, Digital transformation initiatives and updating Clients on additional solutions and services available to address their business needs
- Articulate business outcomes of proposed solutions and present business cases to Client stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Hands-on experience in a Solutions Architect role within a Cloud or Managed Services Provider business
- Strong experience designing and scoping hybrid Cloud and Public Cloud solutions, specifically Microsoft Azure including IaaS, PaaS and Cloud Networking.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, XDR security services, compliance, and governance.
- Strong experience designing Modern Workspace solutions with a focus on Microsoft Services Including Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Strong understanding of Virtual Application and Desktop solutions including Citrix and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
- Strong experience designing Data protection and disaster recovery solutions.
- Strong understanding of Cloud transition scoping and planning with the ability to produce high-level deployment and migration plans.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in creating bill of Materials and solution commercial pricing.
- Hands-on experience in creating and presenting technology solution business cases and ROI analysis.

**Desirable**
- Microsoft Azure Architect Expert certification.
- Microsoft 365 Certified Enterprise Administrator.
- Microsoft 365 Security Administrator.
- TOGAF 9.2 Certification or equivalent knowledge.
- Citrix Cloud and Citrix Workspace experience.

**Job Details and Benefits**
- Salary: circa £75k plus bonus plan based on Team Targets
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday
