We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Trainee Order Processor** to join our dedicated team. As an Order Processor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' requirements are met efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Trainee Order Processor, you will be responsible for:

- **Scheduling**: Ensuring doors, doorsets, and screens are scheduled in alignment with customer requirements, taking into account lead times and technical specifications.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Managing customers' needs from order receipt to delivery, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
- **Documentation Management**: Generating manufacturing paperwork for procurement and production teams, streamlining processes and maintaining accuracy.
- **Collaborative Coordination**: Liaising with the Production Planner to coordinate seamless delivery schedules and with the Procurement team to ensure necessary materials are available.
- **Order Handling**: Taking over orders from the sales estimator and ensuring accurate execution, capturing any variations and providing appropriate quotes.

**Skills Required**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- **Order Management**: Ability to manage multiple orders, adhering to deadlines and maintaining precision.
- **Software Proficiency**: Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) for efficient communication and task management.
- **Organisation**: Excellent organisational skills to manage tasks effectively and prioritise responsibilities.
- **Autonomous Approach**: Capability to perform tasks with mínimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Qualification through Learning Curve Group.

- 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
- 20% Off The Job Training
- The course is a 14-17 months programme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: From £13,587.60 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
