**Assist Services Group are looking for exceptional security professionals with excellent customer services and immaculate presentation to work in the loading bay of London’s most prestigious 5-star hotel.
**The hotel is located at the city’s most prestigious addresses in **Belgravia, London next to Hyde Park Corner**. The hotel promises exquisitely styled rooms and suites, world class dining, and unrivalled hospitality. An elegant, airy space with hand-painted murals and crystal chandeliers with live music throughout. The hotel has advanced cutting-edge technology offerings and a dedicated audio-visual team. A collection of elegant event spaces ranging from exquisite ballrooms and a private cinema, luxury transport, and legendary butler services. Offers guests an array of wellness programmes including spa’s, fitness centre and swimming pool with intricately crafted mosaic artwork depicting a tranquil landscape. 7 restaurants throughout the hotel including 9 luxury boutiques.

**Assist Services Group are currently recruiting Male and Female security officers to work alongside our existing security team within the 5* hotel in the loading bay area. **We are therefore interested in hearing from people with a background in LUXURY HOTELS, customer services, communication and in particular loading bay experience. Given the nature of the hotel we are particularly keen to hear from people who are bilingual. You must have the ability and be willing to adapt to any evolving working environment.

**Hourly Pay Rate**:
£13.50
**Shift Pattern**:
4 on 4 off

(07:00 to 19:00)

**Minimum Requirements**:

- 2 Years’ experience working within a 5* hotel or corporate environment.
- Banksman Training
- A valid DS licence.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Be responsive to the clients need and work in partnership with the client and other suppliers to support the delivery of the services.
- Must be able to work under pressure, be able to make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations.
- Strong knowledge of site processes and procedures.
- Professional & Personable.
- Immaculate presentation.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- 5-Year employment / educational history.

**Preferred Requirements (not essential)**:

- Proven experience in Front of House / Customer Service or relevant roles in an advantage
- Traffic Marshal Certification
- Bilingual
- Emergency First Aid Certificate.
- ACT training Certificate.
- Conflict management training.
- Be able to use two-way radio’s

**Duties as a Loading Bay Security officer**
- Work in the loading bay entrance and Gatehouse, checking vehicle entry verification and logging
- Able to respond to emergency incidents
- Carry out first aid response when needed
- Carry out banksman duties when required (Training will be given)
- Accept deliveries in the absence of post room staff
- Carry out any other reasonable management requests
- To supervise couriers/contractors and give guidance
- Opening and closing of Loading Bay
- Report any Health & Safety hazards on loading bay and loading bay dock
- To communicate with onsite partners

**As a member of the security team, you will be required to undertake SIA licence training and vetting to BS7858.**
