The Flying High Partnership are looking to appoint a Data Officer to join our Central Team. You will form part of an established central team to deliver an effective and high-quality service to our schools. Our central team consists of multiple disciplines, including Education, HR, Operations and Finance. You would be joining an exceptional and supportive team of professionals, who are relentless in our pursuit of excellence and our mission to make every day count for every child.

The Flying High Partnership consists of two distinct parts: Flying High Trust and Flying High Futures. Flying High Trust is a Multi Academy Trust (MAT) of 31 primary schools across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Nottingham City. Our Flying High family work hard to deliver the best possible opportunities to our children. Through this partnership, we are proud of our achievements and are recognised as one of the highest-performing MATs in the country. Flying High Futures provides professional learning internally for staff across the Trust, and externally through Department for Education national programmes.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has significant experience and expertise in data collection, analysis, and presentation.
- Has significant understanding of the education system and pupil performance data.
- Has extensive experience of managing large amounts of pupil performance data.
- Has extensive experience in utilising data handling software to support data analysis.
- Has a future thinking attitude and an awareness of current challenges and innovations in the use of data in schools.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strives to be the best they can be, with a desire to support the ongoing development of the Flying High Partnership and to get the best out of everyone.
- Is passionate about what they do.
- Can work independently and flexibly without direction.
- Has an eye for detail.
- Is relentless in ensuring deadlines are met, standards are maintained and a desire to work in true partnership with our schools.
