Our cost and FTE management team works in the International Private Bank (IPB), supporting in the delivery of our strategic goals and plan targets. You will be responsible for management and oversight of Direct Cost & FTE globally for IPB. Our team works closely across regions, business products and the Private Bank central team to deliver planned goals.

You will work on key IPB strategic plans, challenging business expectations, running cost deep dives, overseeing FTE development, and reporting to senior management forums, supported by a team across United Kingdom, Germany, and Mumbai.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Collaborating with Business Finance on Flash/ Actuals for Costs, whilst monitoring Flash/ Actual FTE with Performance Management teams
- Oversight of Planning and Forecasting Costs and FTE which involves analysis of business submissions, challenge, target setting, senior management analytics and cost specific deep dives
- Deep dives into Direct cost lines with support from Mumbai, providing strategic analysis to help IPB achieve its cost targets and enhance business transparency
- You will be required to track, interpret, challenge & validate Chief Finance Office & Chief Operating Office narratives in a timely and accurate manner and provide input into various presentations. Core management information forums covered include IPB Business development meeting, Operating Committees, Performance review meetings and cost review meetings
- Oversight and guidance/ development of 6 plus FTE in Mumbai
