**What will you be doing?**

The ideal Logistics and Operations Coordinator, will have high attention to detail and accuracy with strong time and workload management skills. They will be excellent in both their telephone and written communication skills & have a true passion for delivering a premium client experience. You will be the key player in making sure after months of planning our clients event is a great success using our award winning platform, with the resource and equipment being in the right place at the right time.

**Location**:
You will have the ability to work from home, however due to the nature of the role, there will be some occasional travel to onsite events. You will also need to be within a reasonable commute to our Head Office Located at Blandford Forum in Dorset, as during peak times 3-4 days a week in the office would be necessary.

**Responsibilities Of A Logistics and Operations Coordinator**:

- Coordinate and manage a busy resource diary
- Arranging and book accommodation / travel
- Manage onsite expenses
- Liaise with clients to understand fully the logistics requirement of an event
- Assist with the setup and shipping of equipment from Head Office to Event.
- Constantly update CRM systems with all relevant information collected during client contact on the lead up to an event

**Requirements Of A Logistics and Operations Coordinator**:

- Previous experience in coordinating a customer journey or logistics
- Fluent in English
- Excellent Relationship building skills
- Basic costs understanding
- Accountability and sense of ownership of the customer needs
- CRM management knowledge
- Solid communication skills - Verbal and written
- Structured and process orientated - analytical with high attention to detail
