**Print Department Supervisor / Graphic Designer, Leicester, £22-25k+**
This established and growing company has a UK wide customer base as well as exporting worldwide.
They are now seeking someone special who can create and amend artwork (print ready stage) as well as take a hands-on/active role in managing their expanding Digital Print Department.

**Responsibilities**:
*Creating and amending existing artwork and ensuring it is print ready
*Operating/maintaining machines (wide format digital printers, flatbed UV, roll to roll UV and latex as well as plotters, heat presses and laminating equipment.
*Follow instruction/procedures and work in a professional, safe, efficient manner
*Packing completed orders
*Working alongside the existing team and take an active role in mentoring the Department Apprentice
*Liaise with customers

**Requirements**:
*Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
*Previous experience operating Digital Printing equipment
*Good communication skills
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: Negotiable
Hours of work: 8:00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 4.00pm on Friday with 30min lunch break
